SF's products include a variety of models, such as Mountain Bike, Trekking Bike, City Bike, Folding Bike, Beach Cruiser, Suspension Bike, Electric Bike, Explorer Bike and BMX, etc. SF ships all its products overseas. 60% of exports are shipped to Europe, 20% to the USA, with the rest 20% to other countries. SF makes 65% of production for OEM brand and 35% for own brand " SF Royal ".

In order to satisfy customers' request, SF has extended its manufacturing base to Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, since 2001. Overall capacity for「Vietnam Sheng Fa International Co., Ltd.」. 70% of parts are sourced from Taiwanese makers which are operating in Vietnam. The rest are supplied from Taiwan and Taiwanese makers in China, as well as Shimano Singapore, etc. Under the command of Vice General Manager, Jonathon Chen, SF Vietnam Plant has a start-to-finish production system from frames and forks to painting and assembly. SF's extreme efforts are focused on strengthening in quality controlling, cost reducing, capacity enhancing, lead-time shortening and service providing. For 2004, SF plans to produce bikes for the European market. Plus other markets, total capacity will reach bikes yearly.
